Specification of Initial Shapes for Dynamic Implicit Curve/Surface Reconstruction

摘要: 在动态隐式曲线曲面重构中,对初始曲线曲面一般不作特别的要求,但好的初始化将加快迭代的收敛。为此,本文主要讨论如何有效地构造初始隐式曲线曲面。我们综合利用广义特征向量拟合和距离函数,给出一种动态隐式曲线曲面重构的初值指定方法。其中广义特征向量拟合模型能较好地反映目标形状的拓扑结构,距离函数则近乎完美地刻画了目标的几何信息,因此所得初始隐式曲线曲面能很好地适用于动态重构的迭代过程。Abstract: The dynamic implicit curve/surface reconstruction demands no special requirement on the initial shapes in general. In order to speed up the iteration in the reconstruction, we discuss how to specify the initial shapes so as to reflect the geometric information and the topology structure of the given data. The basic idea is based on the combination of the distance function and the generalized eigenvector fitting model.
