    Chao Li is currently a Tenured Associate Professor with the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai. His research interests include high-performance computer architecture, scalable computer system design, and architectural support for emerging applications. He is a recipient of the University of Florida Gator Engineer Award in 2010, Yahoo! Key Scientific Challenge Award in Green Computing in 2012, Facebook Fellowship in Systems in 2013, Chinese Government Award for Outstanding Students Studying Abroad in 2014, Intel Young Faculty Research Award in 2016, CCF Young Elite Scientists Sponsorship Award in 2017, and the IEEE TCSC Early Career Researcher Award in 2018. He has co-authored three papers that won the Best Paper Awards in HPCA 2011, IEEE CAL 2015, and ICCD 2018. He has served as the Organizing Committee member and PC/ERC member on top conferences such as ISCA, HPCA, ASPLOS, SC, ICDCS, IPDPS. He was the program chair of the 39th IEEE International Symposium of Reliable Distributed Systems (SRDS) in 2020. He currently serves as Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Computers (TC), and the vice Chair of the China Computer Federation Technical Committee on Computer Architecture (CCF TCARCH). Chao received his B.S. degree from Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, in 2009, and his Ph.D. degree from the University of Florida, in 2014. He is a senior member of CCF/ACM/IEEE.
